Thank you for the development processes you have led our company through.  Your processes and particularly your coaching and facilitation have helped our company focus, develop some excellent plans, and, probably most importantly, execute our plans.  As you say, “Execution is everything!”  Our leadership team has defined our business system as well as our roles in the system.  We have some very practical performance measures to “keep score” with and to guide our decisions.  We are very proud of our company offering and our superior customer service, but we are learning how to be smarter in the management of our business processes to serve our customers even better and to make our company shareholders more money through improved service and business processes.

Chad is really enjoying the inventory management system we installed with your guidance in applying “lean” principles including the 5S’s. He has even improved it some more.

We are making building payments that are lower than the rent we were paying, so we are contributing to a solid investment instead of paying rent.  This was something you identified early on for us.  Thank you!

We personally have grown through the leadership development processes as we have evaluated ourselves in all the aspects of life - personal, professional, and organizational.  A specific change in my personal life has been my faithfulness to a regular exercise routine as a result of TREQ’s analysis and the resultant planning.  Our time management has significantly improved.  Besides learning and development, our sessions with you have been fun!

We have really benefited from the Behavior Description Interviewing workshop you conducted for us.  We are in an urgent recruiting campaign to support our growth plans, and this interviewing methodology has been amazing in helping us to discover best-fit employees.
